Meet the MIAP Graduate Students

Dalton Rogers

Originally from a suburb of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dalton earned a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness with a certificate in professional sales from Oklahoma State University. He is currently pursuing a master’s in international agriculture with a focus on international trade and policy. Dalton works full-time as an outside sales representative for Hooten Oil Company, a role that allows him to gain real-world experience while attending in-person courses and developing his professional skills outside of the classroom. He values the MIAP program for its flexibility and the personal connections he has with the faculty.

Dylan Kottkamp

Dylan is from Clayton, IN, and grew up on a purebred Hereford operation where he raises, shows, and sells cattle on a national level. He graduated in May 2024 with a BS in Agribusiness Pre-Law, along with a minor in Marketing. Dylan has a strong passion for marketing, sales, and management.
He currently serves as a GTA for prospective student services and hopes to pursue his international experience in Australia.

Patience Alifo

Patience Alifo is a driven researcher from Accra, Ghana. She began developing agro-waste clean cooking fuels at a young age, earning recognition as the 2022 Global Women Leaders of the Year by the Clean Cooking Alliance. She chose the MIAP program because of her passion for global food security and research-to-action. Patience plans to pursue a PhD in Public Policy to develop evidence-based policies that strengthen food security, advance waste-to-energy innovation, and improve livelihoods in vulnerable communities.

Rylan Jordan

Rylan, a native of Mason, Texas, hails from a family deeply rooted in agriculture for multiple generations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University. To further his education, Rylan joined the MIAP program, which offers the flexibility to explore areas of interest such as international business. His background in agriculture and passion for expanding his knowledge make him a dedicated and driven individual in his academic and professional pursuits.
